Sometimes live and sometimes pre-recorded my primary show is The Mosh Pit on Sunday mornings between 10am and 12pm. As the title suggests the show theme is a varied mix of hard rock and metal tunes from the late 60s classics to the latest releases by up and coming bands. During live editions you'll drive what's played on the show with your requests. The show is also repeated at 4am on a Sunday morning the following week.
